Today I admitted to commiting adultery. I feel so bad I shouldn't have done it. I shouldn't have betrayed my wife. I could go back in time and play it back and not do it.

I really think Mary Warren didn"t save my wife. I'm tired of her talking about the devil. I swear I'm going to whip the devil out of her. I'm just so feed up with Mary warren. I am furious at Mary Warren. I'm just tired of her.

Proctor thratens Mary to save Elizabeth

Dear Diary,


Tonight my wife got arrested for murder. They keep telling me that the court will bring justice to the case, but it is not enough. Mary better take herself down there to Salem and get my wife out of jail. I hope this works. I hope we can get her out.

Cheever & Henrick come to arrest Elizabeth

Dear Diary,


Tonight Cheever & herrick surprise me by showing up tonight. Cheever had a warrant for my wife for murder. They weren't about ot take my wife to jail so out of anger I tore up the warrant. The evidence Cheever neede was a poppet with a needle in it and Mary had it. Mary somehow brought the poppet in my house. She had made in in court. My wife isn't gonna be blamed for a crime she didnt do.

Elizabeth asks John to go to Salem

Dear Diary,


I take a sip of cider to hear elizabeth say i need to go to Salem. "I dont have anything to do in Salem". I tell her. She tells me Mary Warren is there. " Why is she there "! I ask furioulsy. Why you let lil Mary Warren go to Salem. Elizabeth tells me I need to go now. I'm not worried about it i'll think about going later.

Dear Diary,

I said after working hard on the farm, I came into the house to hear my wife singing the kids to sleep and the smell of cider. I walked to the fire and pulled out the pot to find a bitter tasting cider. I think this year we will see green fields soon its warm under the clods I told elizabeth. As i take another sip she ask me have I been to Salem and I tell her no.

Abigail & John Talk

Dear Diary,


Abigail & I were talking once we were left alone with Betty. I ended up finding out that betty got fired from the Proctors, and all of a sudden betty awakes. I cannot believe betty got fired. I can't belive she said she saw goody booth with the devil.
